*Location: San Luis Obispo County on the Central Coast of California
*Setting: Outpatient
*Patients per Shift: 20
*Start Date: May 15
*End Date: September 15
*Scheduled Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
*Requirements: Board Eligible or Certified, Active License, Clean malpractice and NPDB
*EMR: Athena
*Credentialing Timeframe: 20-30 days
