Family Medicine Physician / Primary Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education
• Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
• Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care
• Complete accurate and timely medical documentation within the EHR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review activities, and provider meetings
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision as required
• Maintain all professional licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine preferred
• Active and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
• Active DEA registration
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Experience working with rural, underserved, or Native American populations preferred
• Knowledge of community-based healthcare and care coordination
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills

Certifications Required

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient primary care
• MAT/X-Waiver experience or willingness to obtain
• Experience with communicable disease management
• Familiarity with RPMS or similar EHR systems
