Schedule & Coverage:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- After-hours call based on a rotating schedule.
- Approximately 15–20 patients per day.
- Coverage may be at either the Caro or Vassar location.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
- Setting: Outpatient
- EMR: Cerner
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients.
- Patient population: 90% adult/geriatric and 10% pediatric.
- Coordinate care with medical assistants and reception staff.
- Onsite support includes POC testing and diagnostic imaging.
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine; Internal Medicine physicians will also be considered.
- Active Michigan medical license or Candidate who have applied for MI License will be considered.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Local candidates preferred.
