We are seeking a patient-focused Medical Director to lead a rapidly growing functional medicine, wellness, and longevity clinic in Boca Raton, Florida.
This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a physician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about:

Our clinic is a high-growth, patient-centric practice specializing in:
- Functional & regenerative medicine

- Weight loss & metabolic health
- Longevity & preventative medicine
- IV therapy & peptide protocols

We also operate an integrated model including:
- Onsite pharmacy
- Supplement retail operations
- Affiliated med spa services
Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, review medical histories, and perform appropriate physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Serve as Clinical & Medical Director of the practice
Supervise and mentor physicians, PAs, and clinical staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
Oversee treatment protocols and patient safety initiatives
Drive quality improvement and clinical excellence
Contribute to strategic growth and operational development
Provide direct patient care in functional, hormonal, and metabolic medicine
Qualifications
MD or DO required
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active (or eligible) Florida medical license
DEA registration
Minimum 5 years clinical experience
Working Hours
Full-time, clinic-based role. High-volume outpatient practice.
