Position Overview
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide a wide range of outpatient services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care for patients of all ages. You'll work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, mentor advanced practice providers, and participate in shared on-call coverage, ensuring continuity of care.
Position Highlights
- Competitive base salary of $250,000
- Additional $2,000 per year of experience, up to $8,000 for new hires
- $20,000 annual retention payment with a three-year agreement
- Guaranteed 2.5% annual salary increase

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a clinically adept and collaborative Family Medicine Physician passionate about improving access to quality care. You should hold an M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school, be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, and possess or be eligible for an Indiana medical license. Experience in community health settings is a plus, and comfort with electronic medical records is essential.
