Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care (No Call, Flexible Schedule)
Location: New Orleans, LA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with optional Saturday hours

Position Overview
As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll provide comprehensive outpatient care, managing both acute and chronic conditions. You'll enjoy a collaborative atmosphere with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists from various fields. With an average of eighteen patients per day, you'll focus on prevention, continuity, and patient education, all within a supportive, mission-driven setting.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $250,000
- Additional pay for optional Saturday clinics
- 22 days of paid time off, prorated based on start date
- 7 days of sick leave annually
- 40 hours of educational leave, plus $1,500 CME reimbursement
- 8 weeks paid maternity leave after one year
- 10 recognized holidays

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. You should have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional, culturally sensitive care and excel in a collaborative team environment focused on making a positive community impact.
