🩺 The Practice
- Providers averaging approximately $411,000 annually
- 4-day workweek / 32 clinical hours
- 15–20 patients per day
- Low-risk OB with a very low C-section rate
- 1:4 OB call
- 1:7 Family Medicine call — phone-only
- $50,000 signing bonus
- $120,000 retention bonus
- Hospitalists handle inpatient medicine
- Physician rounds on their own OB patients
- Optional ED shifts for additional income
- Epic EMR
- Collaborative, established physician and APP team
