Med Ninjas is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for long term permanent coverage at a outpatient facility in Stillwater, New York
The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from TBD to ongoing
Permanent Family Medicine Physician
Position Type: Permanent

Location: New York
Shift: Monday–Friday, flexible 4 or 5-day work week
Start Date: Upon credentialing
End Date: Ongoing
Position Details:
Patient Population: Pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
Setting: Outpatient primary care
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care, manage chronic illnesses, injuries and acute care cases, perform routine examinations, cancer screenings, immunizations and lifestyle counseling, collaborate with an APP, and participate in teaching and potential hospital medicine or leadership opportunities
Required Procedures: Routine primary care examinations, cancer screenings, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic conditions
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Advanced Practice Provider and RN triage support
Days Per Month: Full-time; flexible 4 or 5-day work week
On-Call/Weekends: Phone call approximately once every 70 days with RN triage taking first call; telemedicine coverage for 2–3 hours on weekends approximately once every 3 months
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- Active New York Medical License or willingness to obtain
- At least 1 year of primary care experience
- Clean malpractice and licensing history; most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days
