Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine physician for outpatient locum tenens coverage.
This is a straightforward weekday opportunity with no call, an all-ages patient population, and an average daily volume of approximately 16–18 patients. Physicians with experience in common outpatient procedures are especially welcome, although these procedures are not required.

- Outpatient procedures are preferred but not required
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up
Document patient encounters in Epic
Provide preventive and primary care services
Perform outpatient procedures within the physician's scope of practice
Preferred Procedures
Skin excisions
Punch biopsies
Nexplanon placement/removal
IUD procedures
Cryotherapy
Toenail evulsions
The procedures listed above are preferred but are not required.
Qualifications
Active Alaska medical license preferred
BLS certification required
Epic EMR experience required
Experience providing comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine
Ability to care for patients of all ages
Recent clinical experience appropriate to the requested scope of practice
Working Hours
8:00 AM–5:00 PM

No call required
