As a VIPcare Primary Care Physician, you will serve as a trusted healthcare partner for senior and Medicare Advantage patients while working alongside a dedicated team designed to support excellent clinical care.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to senior patients
Develop strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families
Manage chronic conditions, including:
Diabetes
Hypertension
COPD
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
Focus on preventive care, wellness, and keeping patients healthy in the community
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including APPs, pharmacists, and care coordinators
Utilize clinical data, EMR tools, and quality dashboards to support value-based care outcomes
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on patient experience and quality
Qualifications
Compensation:

Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
Geriatrics
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
3+ years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
Experience managing complex chronic conditions
Medicare Advantage or value-based care experience preferred, but not required
Current ACLS/BLS certification as required
