Located just 45 minutes from Sioux City, Iowa, this award-winning, non-profit critical access hospital is a Maternal Health Center of Excellence delivering over 300 babies each year. This is projected to approach 350 babies in the coming year as the average age of the community is dropping and more and more young families are calling the community home!
An exceptional BE/BC Family Medicine provider is needed to join this busy practice. 2028 and 2029 residents encouraged to apply! Supported by a financially-stable and profitable organization, not only will your career flourish, but you will also enjoy a well-balanced life outside of work.
• Full-spectrum family medicine with obstetrics; C-sections optional
• Modern, well-equipped hospital - EPIC EMR, DAX AI scribe, and the surgery center is in process of doubling and adding a robot
• True 4-day work week and 1:8 OB call rotation (only 4 call days per month)
• Ability to focus on a preferred area of interest
• Dedicated RN

• $355K guaranteed annual comp, plus bonuses - providers are making $500K+
• $200K signing bonus, $12K relocation, 35 days PTO, PSLF, and more
