Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician

$200,000+ | Loan Repayment | New Graduates Welcome

We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You will step into an existing patient panel with strong clinical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine rather than managing operational responsibilities.

New residency graduates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and onboarding support are provided to help early-career physicians transition comfortably into practice.

Compensation

Schedule & Practice Environment

  • Outpatient primary care setting

  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • No inpatient responsibilities

  • Collaborative care team including nurses, MAs, and support staff

  • Modern EMR system and administrative support

  • Mentorship available for new physicians

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and/or family patient populations

  • Perform routine physicals, preventive care, and chronic disease management

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists

  • Educate patients on preventive health and wellness

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • DEA registration (or eligible)

  • Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
