Obstetric care is supported by 24/7 in-house Laborists, enabling a sustainable lifestyle while remaining active in deliveries. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Physician-led private practice focused on full-scope FMOB
- Collaborative FMOB team providing prenatal care and vaginal deliveries
- Vaginal deliveries only with 24/7 in-house Laborist support for OB call
- First-year income guarantee of $275K-$300K with potential up to $450K+
- Up to $175K in sign-on bonus and loan forgiveness opportunities
- Highly efficient clinical model supported by experienced MAs and workflows
- Faculty appointment available with opportunities to teach residents
- Transparent, physician-friendly compensation structure and leadership
- Ability to first assist on C-sections as desired
- Residents available as a resource for OB patients in the hospital
- Phone call only, limited exclusively to private practice patients
