Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient practice in Jackson, TN. Job Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Coordinate care with specialists across 25 subspecialties
• Document patient encounters using Allscripts Touchworks EHR
• Participate in optional clinical research and resident teaching
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and clinical support teams
Qualifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care and continuous improvement
Working Hours
• Up to 6 weeks vacation
• 8-week sabbatical leave
• 10 days of educational leave annually
• $3,000 annual educational allowance
• Paid license renewals and Tennessee privilege tax
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive two-year salary guarantee, transitioning to productivity-based compensation
• Signing bonus and relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
• Partnership track: minimal buy-in, eligible after one year, full partnership by year three
