- Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join a well-established practice offering a strong community presence and supportive work environment.
- Competitive base salary and total compensation package including production-based (wRVU) incentive opportunity and a guaranteed base salary for 2 years (no production risk)
- 350-400 Babies delivered per year
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm
- Practice Setting: Primarily based in northwestern North Carolina with optional mentorship opportunities in a partnering location approximately 30 minutes away
- Clinic Options: Women’s Center or Family Medicine and Obstetrics
- Patient Volume: 16–20 patients per 8-hour day
- Call: Depending on contract structure — maximum of 1 in 3 (10 days/month) or 1 in 4 (7–8 days/month)
- Experience: All experience levels considered
- $50,000 commencement bonus (paid within first month) and relocation assistance available

- Located in scenic northwestern North Carolina near the Blue Ridge Mountains; Winston-Salem is approximately 60 miles away with domestic flights available from Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO – Greensboro, ~75 miles), international travel options from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT – ~95 miles);
