A trusted regional health system is actively recruiting Family Medicine physicians with OB (and ideally, C-section capability) across several well-supported sites in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. Whether you're seeking a high-volume OB practice, a balanced rural setting, or a supportive team with shared call, we have a role that fits your goals.
Position Highlights:
- $350,000 base salary at priority sites
- $100,000 sign-on incentive
- OB required at all sites; C-section preferred and strongly needed at select locations
- OB volumes range from 70–160 deliveries/year, including up to 35% C-section rates
- Outpatient and inpatient mix, with ER and hospitalist coverage varying by site
- Well-established call structures: OB call shared 1:3 to 1:5 depending on location
- Team-based care with strong APP and general surgery support
- Opportunities for rural medical education and leadership roles
