About This Opportunity:
CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.

Job Responsibilities
Design Personalized Health Journeys: Move beyond quick fixes. You'll have longer appointment times to truly understand your patients (ages 2+) and co-create comprehensive health plans that go beyond symptoms to promote lasting wellness.
Innovate Chronic Disease Management: Be a proactive partner in managing chronic conditions through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education. Think creatively about how to empower patients to take charge of their health.
Lead with Empathy & Purpose: Develop deep, trusting relationships with your exclusive patient panel (no walk-ins!). Your focus will be on prevention, health promotion, and providing high-quality primary and diagnostic services.
Leverage Technology for Connection: Utilize virtual care when clinically appropriate, ensuring seamless and accessible patient support.
Must see children ages 2+
Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate
Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health Issues
Qualifications
Board Certification: Primary Care (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics) or another related field. If Board Eligible, a commitment to obtaining Board Certification is required.
Medical Degree: From an accredited United States Medical School.
Residency Completion: From a program in the United States.
Clinical Experience: Proven experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in an outpatient setting.
Prescribing Expertise: Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens.
DEA Registration: Required for prescribing and dispensing.
Licensure & Credentialing: Current license in the state(s) of practice and ability to pass on-site credentialing.
Patient-Centered Approach: A strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention, always complying with medical laws and HIPAA standards.
