Traditional Family Medicine w/OB 450k package in beautiful South Dakota

Join one of the largest integrated health systems in the United States. Driven by a vision to improve the human condition at every stage of life. We want to add a physician to one of our rural clinics and Critical Access Hospitals located just 2 hours from Sioux Falls, SD. This position will be in a traditional setting allowing a physician to keep all your training in the OB, ER, inpatient rounding, and clinic current.

Practice Details

• $350,000 Salary Plus Benefits and 401k With Employer Match
• $100,000 Retention Bonus
• Three FM physicians, 1 extra doing ER only, 1 Ob/Gyn, and 4 APPs
• One physician leaving who did OB w/ C-section coverage (personal reasons)
• Preference to hire FM w/ OB and C-section fellowship; but will also take without OB
• Average of 15-18 patients/day; Call ratio 1:4
• Average census at the hospital is 8 patients/day
• Seventy deliveries per year: 7 on 7 off
• New site for our rural medical student rotation (F.A.R.M. – Frontier And Rural Medicine)
• Located on the Missouri River
