Practice full-scope Family Medicine with Surgical OB, from newborns to geriatrics, with the autonomy to build your practice and the time to get to know your patients. Strong compensation, a flexible 4-day work week and 7 weeks of PTO provide a great work/life balance.
Position Highlights:
• Practice in the modern outpatient clinic conveniently located adjacent to the hospital
• Surgical OB with a manageable volume of 10 to 25 C-sections and 6 to 7 days of shared OB call per month
• Practice at the pace you would like with time to build relationships with moderate patient volumes
• Dedicated RN for each provider, Dragon dictation
• Enjoy a 4-day work week with flexible shared call
Compensation Details:
• $374,000+ guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus wRVU production bonus
• Proven earning potential of $450,000+
• Strong incentives including a sign-on bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, a retention bonus, a residency/fellowship stipend and student loan repayment through NHSC or the hospital
• Enjoy 7 weeks of PTO and sick leave plus 10 days of CME with an $8,000 CME stipend
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance and both 403b and 457b retirement plans
• PSLF eligible employer
