Job description
A respected rural health system in West Tennessee is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with OB Fellowship training (or equivalent C-section experience) to join its award-winning OB team. This role offers full-scope autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a balanced lifestyle in a supportive, physician-led environment—just a short drive from major metros.
Practice & Position Highlights:
- Full-scope FM-OB: prenatal, delivery (low/moderate risk), primary C-sections
- Award-winning OB unit (statewide & Harvard Team Birth recognition)
- No VBAC management or high-pressure GYN expectations
- Dedicated OB OR with 24/7 in-house anesthesia
- Optional 4-day workweek and flexible clinic hours
- Transparent leadership, supportive nursing staff, and zero tolerance for egos
Compensation & Perks:
- $305k-$311k base salary + RVU incentives
- Sign-on bonus + relocation package (negotiable)
- Up to $100K in loan repayment
- 5 days + CME allowance
- 403(b) with employer match (up to 6%)
- J-1 and H-1B visa support available
