PRACTICE OVERVIEW
*Hospital Employed Structure
*Replace exiting provider
*Defined need
*Call of 1:4
*Join hospital employed OB/GYN's
*Work out of modern clinic with OB's
*Be busy day one
*Robot available
*Can be OP only, follow patients in nursery, etc.
*Level I Nursery
*EPIC EMR
*Newly expanded clinic
*Compensation(Salary based on MGMA + wRVU bonus + Quality)
*Earn $400K to $500K per year
*$75K+ Sign-on / Stipend
*Nonprofit hospital
*Full benefits, malpractice, tail, CME, PTO, 401K, etc.
