Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation Package: Base and extremely lucrative RVU production model; base varies based on OB vs no OB
Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 sign-on bonus
Retention Bonus: $30,000 yearly retention bonus
Additional Bonus Incentives: Eligible for RVU production model after first year; you can choose to take on a supervisory role for additional compensation
