We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to Medicare patients, especially older adults. Physicians will work at a single outpatient medical center with a supportive care team, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and improving patient outcomes. Job Responsibilities
Provide and manage primary care services.
Prescribe medications and appropriate treatments.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve healthcare quality goals.
Work with Practice Managers to lead and support the care team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
• Active DEA license
• US work authorization
