Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct routine physical examinations, health screenings, and preventive care services.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ clinical needs.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Follow applicable clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered care.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
