Job Description
A large, established healthcare organization is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Geriatric Physicians to join outpatient primary care practices throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. This opportunity offers a highly desirable schedule with dedicated administrative time, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation with productivity incentives.
Position Highlights
* Full-time, permanent Primary Care opportunity
* 100% outpatient practice
* Flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance
* 32 patient-facing hours per week
* 1 dedicated administrative day each week
* Shared call rotation with home call only
* Established outpatient practices throughout the Kansas City metro
* Collaborative, team-based practice environment
* Work alongside experienced physicians and APPs
* Dedicated nursing, medical assistant, scheduling, and practice management support
* Extensive access to specialty care throughout the organization
* Fully integrated Epic EMR
* DAX Copilot AI technology available to streamline clinical documentation
* Join a physician-led multispecialty group with approximately 90 practices and more than 489 physicians

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Completion or current enrollment in an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
* Eligible for Missouri and Kansas medical licensure
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered primary care
* Experienced physicians and graduating residents are encouraged to apply
