Seeking BC/BE Geriatric Medicine Physician
J1 & H1B Visa Assistance
Overview:
* Join an established program focused on Geriatric Medicine, Dementia care and Palliative Care
* Full-time, Monday–Friday clinic position with the possibility of home visits
* Anticipated patient volume of 6–10 patients per day
* 4 hours of dedicated administrative time per week
* Serve as a Geriatrics consultant with a focus on Dementia screening and diagnosis
* Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and Advanced Practice Providers
* Participate in patient education and shared decision-making with older adults and their care partners
* Current programs include a multidisciplinary Dementia Screening Clinic, Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Program, outpatient and inpatient Palliative Care and the GUIDE model
* Opportunity to enhance and expand existing compassionate aging services
* Seeking BC/BE physician in Geriatric Medicine, Neurology, or Hospice & Palliative Medicine
* Experience or interest in caring for patients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease required
