Position Details

• Location: New Hampton, NY
• Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Compensation: Competitive weekly pay with payments issued every Friday
• Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered

Requirements

• Active New York Medical License
• Active DEA Registration
• Board Certified (BC)
• Current BLS Certification

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications, vaccinations, therapies, and other appropriate medical treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, mental health professionals, and other multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate continuity of care with internal and external healthcare providers.
• Promote quality patient care while adhering to established clinical protocols and standards.
