Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Schedule: Primarily weekday daytime hours
Compensation: Hourly salary based on experience + performance bonus + profit-sharing
Practice Overview
Our client is an integrated health and wellness practice in Greenwood Village, Colorado, combining in-club medical care with an expanding virtual-care model.
The practice focuses on proactive, personalized healthcare across hormone health, metabolic health, medical weight management, peptide therapies, longevity medicine, fitness, recovery, and preventive wellness.
We are seeking a full-time Hybrid Physician to join the growing clinical team.
This is not a remote-only position. Physicians will provide care at the Greenwood Village location while also participating in telehealth, laboratory review, and flexible clinical documentation.
Candidates should currently reside in the Denver metro area or be willing to relocate and reliably commute to Greenwood Village.
Job Responsibilities
Full-time hybrid Physician position
Primarily weekday, daytime schedule
Combination of in-club care and telehealth
Relationship-based, proactive patient care
Focus on metabolic health, weight management, hormones, and longevity
Opportunity for medical-director responsibilities with separate compensation

Responsibilities
Provide personalized patient care in-club and through telehealth
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, medical history, laboratory findings, and clinical progress
Evaluate and manage patients seeking support with:
Hormone optimization
Medical weight management
Metabolic health
Peptide therapies
Longevity and preventive medicine
Lab-guided wellness programs
Order, review, and interpret laboratory testing
Monitor treatment response and modify plans appropriately
Provide clinical guidance and support to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Help develop clinical standards, physician coverage models, and best practices
Collaborate with fitness, nutrition, recovery, and aesthetics professionals
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through both in-person and virtual encounters
Training & Professional Development
Previous experience in aesthetics, hormone therapy, peptide medicine, or longevity medicine is not required.
The practice provides hands-on training and supports physicians as they develop their clinical scope.
Physicians interested in aesthetics may have the opportunity to participate, but aesthetic medicine is entirely optional.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Active Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain one before starting
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one
Board certification or eligibility in one of the following:
Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
Emergency Medicine
Obesity Medicine
Endocrinology
Related specialty
Comfortable providing telehealth care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-first approach
Interest in proactive, preventive, and relationship-based healthcare
Willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses as the practice expands nationally
