Job description
We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a structured, high-support outpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform annual physicals, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings
Deliver preventive care and routine health maintenance
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Qualifications
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Strong patient communication skills
Commitment to high-quality primary care
Working Hours
Regular schedule: 40 hours/week
Alternative schedule: 10-hour shifts available
On-call: None
Weekends: None
Setting: 100% outpatient
