Join a hospital employed rural community clinic in Granite Falls, WA, offering outpatient only Family Medicine with strong specialty referral support. This permanent position provides a balanced weekday schedule, experienced clinical support, and access to EPIC EMR with ambient AI technology.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a mix of acute and chronic conditions
Perform basic in office procedures based on comfort and preference
Build lasting relationships with patients and the community
Coordinate referrals with an established specialty care network
Utilize EPIC EMR and available ambient AI technology
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible
2 to 3 years of experience preferred
New graduates welcome
Active BLS certification before starting or within the first week
Strong commitment to compassionate, patient centered care
Working Hours
Outpatient only
No inpatient responsibilities
Shared phone call rotation approximately 1:16
Hospitalists manage inpatient coverage
Skills
