ArchWell Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Sarasota, Florida. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ — designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a rewarding role with a growing team at one of our well-established Gulf Coast locations.

No weekends

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule

Outpatient only – no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities

Minimal call, via phone only and rotates with entire Gulf Coast market providers

Dedicated admin time built into schedule

$20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed

Annual quality metrics-based bonus (not RVU-driven)

Who We’re Looking For

Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine

Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients

Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care

Physician must have an active, non-probationary Florida medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Florida medical licensure
