Job description
We are working with a client needing about 3 months of locums coverage in Colorado, starting asap and ongoing. This is due to medical leave but there is a potential of locums to perm.
Position Highlights

Full-time or part-time opportunities available

Round on approximately 12–15 patients per day

Practice in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living communities

Build lasting relationships with patients and facility teams

Work independently with a high level of clinical autonomy
Ideal Candidate

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine

Comfortable practicing independently in post-acute care settings

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach

Interested in developing long-term relationships within the facilities they serve
