Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers and clinical staff.
• Utilize AI-assisted documentation technology.
• Participate in a light phone-only call schedule.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
• Strong communication and patient care skills
