Overview:
* Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Physician (IM/FM; Geriatrics preferred)
* PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model
* Focus on high-risk geriatric population and keeping patients in community settings
* Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
* No nights, weekends, or holidays
