Primary Care Physician | El Paso, TX

Salary: $260,000 annually

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician with experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics to provide comprehensive primary care services for older adults enrolled in a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. This role focuses on delivering coordinated, participant-centered care while working closely with an interdisciplinary team to help seniors remain independent in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for PACE participants
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to coordinate participant care
• Participate in daily IDT meetings and care planning
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active Texas Medical License or eligible for licensure
• Experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
