Client is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality virtual primary care to patients nationwide. This fully remote role combines evidence-based medicine with modern telehealth technology to provide convenient, accessible care through video and secure messaging.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered virtual primary care through video and text-based telehealth.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and evidence-based treatment recommendations.
Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.

Care Coordination:
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Coordinate referrals and continuity of care when specialty services are required.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.

Innovation & Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve clinical workflows and enhance the telehealth experience.
Contribute physician insights to support product development and technology improvements.
Participate in clinical education and marketing initiatives as appropriate.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) state (required).
Eligibility for additional state licensure through the IMLC is preferred.
Minimum of one year of outpatient primary care experience.
Experience diagnosing and managing a broad range of primary care and urgent care conditions.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (12:00 PM–8:00 PM Central / 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Eastern).
Strong technology skills and comfort using telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Additional active state medical licenses.
Prior telemedicine or virtual care experience.
Experience with value-based care or employer-sponsored healthcare models.
