🌟 Join a growing healthcare team as a Level 1 Primary Care Physician in beautiful Jay, Oklahoma. We are looking for a compassionate, experienced physician dedicated to delivering exceptional care across all age groups.
📍 Location: Jay, OK
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
🔹 Review and document medical histories
🔹 Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
🔹 Prescribe medications and treatment plans
🔹 Provide preventive and wellness care
🔹 Maintain accurate patient records
🔹 Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
✔ Minimum 1 year Primary Care experience
✔ Active Oklahoma License or Active IMLC with OK application in process
✔ OBDNN Required
✔ NPDB Required
✔ Malpractice Disclosure Required
✔ Attestation Required
Working Hours
⏰ 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
⚠ Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
