Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice in Sarasota, Florida. This opportunity offers a supportive clinical environment where physicians can provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages while emphasizing preventive medicine, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine health screenings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Annual Salary: $240,000 – $350,000
• Productivity and quality-based incentive opportunities.
