Aya Locums is seeking Board Certified Physicians for flexible in-home health evaluation opportunities throughout New Mexico. This role offers excellent schedule flexibility, competitive supplemental income, and meaningful patient interaction in a non-traditional care setting.

Position Overview

Providers will conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Visits include:

• Medication review
• Medical history review
• Basic physical evaluations performed in the patient’s home

Providers are supplied with pre-populated, patient-specific forms and:

• Do not prescribe medications
• Do not order labs or diagnostics
• Do not alter current treatment plans

Schedule & Flexibility

• Flexible scheduling Monday–Sunday
• Hours available between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• No nights required
• No weekend requirement
• Full-time, part-time, PRN, contract, seasonal, and travel opportunities available
• Short-term and long-term assignments offered

Patient Volume

• Average of 6–9 visits per day
