Geriatric Physician Opportunity – Multiple Locations!
Locations:
- Baltimore, Maryland area
- Montgomery, AL area
- Mobile, AL area
- Gulfport, MS area
Details:
- Open to new graduates
- Value Based Care
- 400 patient panel size maximum
- On site labs, EKG and Echos
- Large staff of support: Nurses, MA’s, Care Team, Case Manager, Social Workers, Outreach Specialists
- Athena EMR
Benefits:
- Salary: $250k for new graduates, $250k – $295k for experienced physicians
- Annual incentive bonuses with payouts between $45k - $85k
- Sign On Bonus: $15,000
- 25 PTO Days
- 5 CME days
- 9 Holidays (2 are floaters and Physician selects those)
- MM, Dental and Vision provided by Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Short and Long Term Disability paid for
- Life Insurance at One year’s Base Salary paid for
