Position Overview
We are seeking Board-Certified Physicians for a flexible home health opportunity across Iowa, with coverage needs in the Cedar Falls and Mason City regions. This role involves conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. It’s an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexibility, autonomy, and supplemental income in a non-traditional clinical setting.
Start Date
- As soon as credentialed (typically 7 days to 2–3 weeks)
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling, Monday–Sunday
- Day shifts only: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- No nights or weekend requirements
- Opportunities for full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract work
Practice Setting
- Home Health / In-Home Evaluations
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct 6–9 pre-scheduled in-home visits per day
- Perform comprehensive evaluations including:
- Medical history review
- Medication reconciliation
- Physical assessments
- Complete patient-specific documentation using pre-populated forms
- No prescribing, ordering labs, or modifying treatment plans

Requirements
- Board Certified (BC) – required
