Job Responsibilities
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging)
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on treatment and care coordination
Collaborate with physicians, residents, and clinical staff
Mentor junior providers and support clinical education initiatives
Participate in quality improvement and peer review processes
Contribute to clinical protocols and operational enhancements
Support development of new programs and care initiatives
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or related primary care specialty
Current DEA registration and BLS certification
Experience in outpatient care across pediatric and adult populations
Familiarity with public health programs (e.g., Medi-Cal) preferred
Strong interpersonal and patient-centered care skills
