Home Health Physician – Washington, DC

Position Overview
We are seeking Board-Certified Physicians for a flexible home health opportunity in Washington, DC. This role involves conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. It’s an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexibility, autonomy, and supplemental income in a non-traditional clinical setting.

Start Date

• As soon as credentialed (typically 7 days to 2–3 weeks)

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling, Monday–Sunday
• Day shifts only: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• No nights or weekend requirements
• Opportunities for full-time, part-time, PRN, or contract work

Practice Setting

• Home Health / In-Home Evaluations

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct 6–9 pre-scheduled in-home visits per day
• Perform comprehensive evaluations including:
  • Medical history review
  • Medication reconciliation
  • Physical assessments
• Complete patient-specific documentation using pre-populated forms
• No prescribing, ordering labs, or modifying treatment plans

Requirements

• Board Certified (BC) – required
• Active Washington, DC medical license – required

Travel & Logistics

• Travel support available (airfare, lodging, rental car) depending on eligibility
• $40/day gas stipend provided
