Compensation & Benefits
- $195,000 - Board Eligible
- $205,000 - Board Certified
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $5,000 at offer/start

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive adult primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care and wellness services
- Manage patient panels while maintaining quality and productivity standards
- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete timely documentation within EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and peer review initiatives
- Supervise and support clinical support staff as needed
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active New York medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Commitment to caring for underserved populations
