About the Position
* Provide comprehensive primary and consultative care for adults aged 65+
* Serve as both a primary care provider and consultant within a geriatrics-focused clinic
* Manage chronic conditions, medication regimens, and age-related health concerns
* Perform memory and cognitive evaluations and support complex care needs
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on improving quality of life for seniors
* Opportunity to engage with a gerontology-focused institute to advance best practices
* Practice Environment
* Outpatient geriatrics clinic dedicated to senior health and wellness
* Multidisciplinary support including care management, counseling, diabetes education, and specialty consultations
* Strong focus on patient-centered, team-based care
* NHSC-approved site (potential eligibility for loan repayment programs)
* System-wide Epic EMR and clinician well-being initiatives
* Qualifications
* MD or DO (or equivalent)
* Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
* Eligible for or active Oregon medical license
* BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification required within 30 days of hire
* Compensation & Benefits
* First-year salary: $276,640 (1.0 FTE)
