A mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adult, and in some cases OB/GYN patients. This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles in both ambulatory and in-patient settings, while contributing to community health initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Adhere to productivity standards and maintain high patient satisfaction
Participate in quality improvement activities, chart audits, and team projects
Practice evidence-based, cost-effective care in a collaborative team-based model
Coordinate age-specific preventative health schedules for pediatric, adult, and OB/GYN patients
Ensure continuity of care through follow-ups, referrals, and in-patient management
Take on-call responsibilities as assigned
Contribute to staff education and clinical training as needed
Qualifications
Completed an accredited post-graduate training program in Family Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, act with professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
