The Physician is responsible for providing quality healthcare care in coordination with the supervising Medical Director and in adherence to all applicable Federal and State Laws and Regulations.

Job Responsibilities
• The Physician is responsible for providing quality healthcare care in coordination with the supervising Medical Director and in adherence to all applicable Federal and State Laws and Regulations.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
• Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
• Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as and not limited to physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related procedures.
• Refers patients to specialists for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
• Prescribes and dispenses medication when granted authority in accordance with State licensure.
• Keep patient avoidable hospitalizations at a minimum.
Qualifications
• Possess current and valid license from the State Board of Medicine
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certificate required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
