American Care, Inc. was founded and began operations in November of1996. American Care is a physician-led organization. American Care has grown its provider base and service areas covering all of Florida’s major metropolitan areas. The American Care management team is comprised of seasoned professionals with over a century of collective experience in providing expert assistance and health care services.
American Care offers primary care and various specialty healthcare services, pharmacy services, laboratory services, diagnostic imaging services, various nursing services, vision and dental services at select locations, and telemedicine services for primary care, after hours and specialty care.
American Care’s organizational and staff culture is one of constant innovation and process improvement. Healthcare conditions and treatments are constantly evolving and changing, as such American Care as an organization is designed to constantly adapt and provide novel ways to deliver exceptional care.
American Care has developed and operates a patient care management system called "IPHES"that allows patients and providers access to American Care's medical services information systems. The system has intelligent clinical decision making support for providers.
American Care medical practices are recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as Patient Centered Medical Homes.
