Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Duties
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses in an outpatient setting
- Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care as needed
- Prescribe and manage medications effectively
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Perform minor procedures typically handled by specialists in larger settings
- Deliver preventive care and counsel patients on nutrition, hygiene, and overall health maintenance
- Community & Administrative Responsibilities
- Act as a healthcare leader and advocate within the community
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals
- Support and oversee community health programs and initiatives
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and care protocols
- Provide health education and promote wellness initiatives
- Assist in managing day-to-day healthcare operations
- Professional & Interpersonal Expectations
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and families
- Demonstrate adaptability and a broad clinical skillset to meet diverse healthcare needs

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $230,000 – $300,000 annually (based on experience)
