We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services in a community health center setting. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while serving a diverse patient population in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Compensation Highlights:
- $338,000 annual base salary
- $15,000 annual regional stipend
- $50,000 sign-on bonus (50% paid upon hire, 50% paid after six months of employment)
Job Overview
The Family Medicine Physician will provide full-scope outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, health education, and quality care delivery. This role also supports clinical staff development and organizational quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active California Medical License
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or another Primary Care specialty
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Experience performing primary care procedures, gynecologic care, emergency medicine, and minor surgery
